I sometimes get asked some questions regarding my ecover designs and services. Here are some answers to some questions that you may have.

Q.  Once my order has been placed and paid for, how long does it take for my ebook cover and/or mini site graphics order to be ready?

A.  Once I have received payment confirmation and your order form submission, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be designed and finalized. It may be sooner than 3 days. If I am extremely busy, I will let you know immediately if your order will take longer that 3 days.

Q.  When I have chosen my graphics package and placed the order, what is the whole process?

A.   Once payment has been made and confirmed via PayPal, you will be redirected to a form submission page. The form is there for you to give as many details as possible with regards to your graphics requirements.

Q.   Some of the forms look quite long, why is this?

A.  Each graphics package comes with it's own order submission form. Because some packages are much larger than others, the forms do vary in size. Another reason why the order submission form may seem long is I would like you, my customer, the choice of being involved as much as possible in the designing of your graphics. Because everyone's likes and dislikes are not the same, helping me with as many details as possible will let me create your unique graphics.

Q.   If I want to order some graphics from you, but they are not featured on the orders page, can you still design my graphics?

A.   Of course I can. Because there are so many combination packages that can be created, I can't list them all on the orders page, otherwise, there would be pages and pages of different packages.

Q.   If I would like some graphics designed, and they are not featured on the website, how do I place an order?

A.  Ordering different combinations of graphics couldn't be easier. All you have to do is submit a "Graphics Quote" along with your requirements to my support desk.  Once I have reviewed your requirements, I will then contact you with a fixed pricing. If you still want to order once you have got your quote, all you need to do is confirm to me that you want to go ahead with the order, and I will send you your own order submission form/page after payment has been made.

Q.   If I don't select a particular eCover template is this going to be a problem?

A.   I'm pleased to say that no, this will not be a problem. I have dozens of shapes and sizes in the way of eCover designs and all this will mean is I will make the choice of which template I'll use. I will be posting more design styles as and when I do them. I am always creating new designs.
