FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 

Below are some of our most frequently asked questions that we are asked.  Hopefully these questions and answers will be able to help you out should you have any questions.  If you can't find the answer to your question, then please feel free to contact me and I shall reply to you as soon as is humanly possible.

Q:  How do I place my order and what is the process?
A: 
First of all you need to choose your graphic design package on my order page.  Once you have chosen your design package, click the relevant order button. You will then me taken to a secure payment area to which we your PayPal.  Once your payment has been made to will be taken to a new page which will have a small form for you to enter all your graphic design details.  Telling us as much as you can on your design needs will speed up your order.
**If you are NOT** taken to the new page after payment through PayPal has been made,  please don't panic, I will also contact you once payment has been received just to confirm with you that we have received your order. Or if you prefer, simply inform me via my contact form supply your Payment details and the email you used during the payment process.  I will then contact you asking for your design requirements.  Sometimes even on the internet little glitches can happen whereby things even PayPal don't work properly and I do apologies for this.

Q:  What is the turnaround time that I can expect for my graphic design order?
A: 
For a single ebook cover design you can usually expect your first preview from between 1 and 2 days.
For one of the minisite design packages you will again receive your first preview between 2 to 5 days depending how large the order is.
For the bigger design packages, we would need more time taking into account the size of the design and also how busy we are.  We usually take between 5 and 12 days.
The above turnaround times are estimates and all depend on how busy schedules are with regards to orders ordered before you.

Q:  How does the "Ebook Cover Grouped Package" work?
A: 
This graphic is ideal if you want to show case all the elements that are included in your product.
Once you've taken a look at the cover styles on our services page,
choose up to 4 different cover styles and note their numbers down.  Noting the numbers down will help when filling out the order from that you will be taken to after your PayPal payment.... as described above in Q & A answer no.1

Q:  How do you deliver my finished graphics product?
A: 
First of all we will reduce the file size by compressing them.  We will use .zip or  .rar to compress and reduce the file size.
You will then be able to download your finished graphics design from our own host server.

Q:  What file format will my finished graphics come in?
A:  The
images will come in the commonly known file formats of JPG or GIF.  If you require a different format i.e. PNG (used for transparent backgrounds), you can request this from us.

Q:  Can I get Photoshop source code file (PSD) format?
A:  Yes you can, however due to copyright and stock image license agreements, we have to place a charge of $25 for the PSD.
If you require the PSD, please let us know on the after payment "form" you are taken to after making payment of your order via PayPal.  We will then send you instructions on how to make an extra payment for the PSD format file.

Q:  What are your business hours, and how do we communicate with each other?
A:  Because of the different time zones and we get clients from all over the world, we try and stay open as long as possible.  So generally our hours are Mon - Sun 9:00am to 17:00pm. We do close on major holidays like Easter and Christmas etc.  We will however try to accommodate some urgent orders out of these hours.
We like to communicate with our clients via email.  Once your payment via PayPal is received, we will contact you confirming your receipt of payment and we will inform you on the email address we will use to communicate between you and ourselves.

 Q:  What happens if I am not satisfied with my graphics that you have designed?
A: 
In the event that you are not happy with your graphic design we will do unlimited revisions for you, as long as it is not a complete new design altogether. Once you are happy and have accepted the design but then find a minor change, we will do one more free revision and make the change.
For one of the mini site design packages orders normally take between 2 to 7 days depending how large the order is.
The above turnaround times are estimates and all depend on how busy we are at the time of your order.

 Q:  What happens if I want to make a change after I have accepted the design. Do I have to pay again?
A: 
If you have a minor change after you have accepted the finished graphic design and would like a minor change made within the next 12 months, you do not have to pay again.
By "minor change" we mean, a change to some text in the way it reads or it's colour, or a change in the background colour etc.

 Q:  Can I get a change made after I have accepted the design. Do I have to pay again?
A: 
If you have a minor change after you have accepted the finished graphic design and would like a minor change made within the next 12 months, you do not have to pay again.
