Q.  How Long Is Your Average Turnaround Period?

A.  Average turnaround time is roughly 2-7 working days, for your first draft to be previewed.  However this can all depend of my current work load at the time of your order, and times may fluctuate. If I am very busy I will try my upmost to get your first draft to you within 5 working days.

Q.   What if I require my order urgently?  How do I let you know?

A.  If you need your graphics urgently and need your order to be treated as a "High Priority" order, I will push your order to the top of the queue for an additional fee of $40.00.
If you need your order "High Priority", please entry this in the space provided in the "after order" form in the "additional information" box once you have made payment for your initial graphics order.  I will
contact you with regards to the payment of the "High Priority" fee.

Q.  What is the process after I have made payment for my graphics order?

A.  Once you have made payment via PayPal and payment has been confirmed, you will be redirected to a form.  You need fill out this form, giving as many details as possible in order for me to know what your graphic requirements and preferences are.  Once the form has been submitted an I have viewed your requirements, I will contact you via email as soon as humanly possible to make initial contact with you.

Q.  How do I find out the progress of my order?

A.  After you have submitted the form mentioned above, you will receive an email from me, whereby I will inform you of how long your draft will take. You will also be given an email address whereby you can contact me at anytime should you have any questions or concerns.

Q.  Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A.  I certainly do offer discounts on bulk orders. If you have a bulk order and you require a free quote, you may place a graphics quote request via my central support desk.

Q.  Do I get the .psd files to my graphics?

A.  I don't supply the .psd files for your graphics. However if you really do require them, there is an additional fee of $40.00.  This fee is to protect the integrity of my work as the .psd files will contain some of my trade secrets (-:

Q.  How are the finished graphics sent?

A.  Once you have approved your draft and I have finished your order completely I will contact you via email.  Within the email will be a link for you to download your order.  Your order will be in winzip format and stored on my server for you to download.

Q.  Do you have a refund policy?

A.  As I have worked on dozens of graphic orders, none of my customers have ever been unsatisfied with my service.  As you have unlimited reviews for minor changes to be made, you will have ample time to make modifications before you confirm final approval.  Once you are 100% satisfied with the job I have done, you are then required to approve the order.  As you have approved the order, I therefore do not offer a refund service.

Q.  I can't find a package to meet my needs. Do you offer custom packages?

A.  I certainly do offer custom packages. If you require a custom package, you can send the details via my central Support Desk I will then send you a free quote.

Q.  Can I remove the "Graphics By: www.ecoverpalace.com" from the footer?

A.  If you would like this to be removed from the footer, please can you let me know that you don't want this text in your footer, I shall remove it for you.





1.  I do not provide technical support for any software you may use or for your web host providers.  I have had no problems reported so far by current customers that they are having any issues with their graphics.

2.  Once you have received your first draft, you will have unlimited reviews whereby you have the opportunity to make changes to the design aspects of your order.

3.  Once you have reviewed and approved your order, any changes you want made after approval will incur a small fee of $20.00.

4.  Should you require additional graphics to be added to your order, there will be a minimum and maximum fee ranging between $10 and $ 40 depending on the additions needed.

5.  We can guarantee that your details will remain confidential and will not be passed on to any third party whatsoever.

5.  We do not do graphics which will offend any members of the public. These include graphics which could relate to any type of hatred, racism, terrorism and religious hatred.
